You don’t have to use Yext, but we highly recommend using Yext or a directory listing management service like it.

It depends on the level of service you sign up for. If you’re investing in our ListedPro service, then no!

I don't have social media for my business. What do I do?

Will being consistent on social media actually bring me business?


Yes! Modern research believes that the average consumer needs to view an ad at least 7-8 times before it'll really sink in and the consumer will take action.

How can I increase my following?


Good content and consistency are key. Inviting people to like your page is also a great way to increase organic following.


How many reviews do I need?


The more reviews the better. However, we recommend gaining at least 1 new review a week. Not only is this beneficial for your reputation, but Google also rewards businesses that consistently receives new positive reviews.

What's a good review average?


Users tend to look for business with a review average of 4.8.

Why do I need reviews?
